Shadows still Fabulous

COEUR d’ALENE — Jerry Jaeger called it “the power of the Press.”

Whatever it was, Thursday’s front-page story by Devin Heilman about The Fabulous Shadows sure didn’t hurt.

Jaeger, president of Hagadone Hospitality, announced that within a few hours of the story’s publication, The Fabulous Shadows’ farewell performance Aug. 10 on a Coeur d’Alene Lake Cruise had sold out.

He declined to publicly disclose the manner in which the band will be introduced — which as fans know, is always part of the fun.
