HILLARY: New legal standard

This week we learned that one must not only commit a crime but that there must also be evidence proving that the crime was done intentionally. FBI director James Comey suggests that no charges be brought against Hillary Clinton as her multiple offenses could not be directly associated with the will do wrong. Meanwhile, here in Coeur d’Alene, each one of us who is stopped for a driving violation must also be proven to be in said violation by intentional and willful action. Therefore, the excuse, “I did not know I was speeding” must be met by, “OK, just slow down.”
