CENTRALIA, Wash. — Daniel Gunnerson struck out four and allowed just three hits, but the Lumbermen were unable to cash in on opportunities against the Saints at the Greater Seattle League Showcase at Borst Park Sports Complex.
Thurston County produced a pair of RBI singles in the first inning
The best threat for Coeur d’Alene (8-16) came in the sixth inning, when Reegan Jacobson singled and Grayson Baker and Tanner Criswell were hit by pitches to load the bases with one out. But a popup and a groundout ended that threat.
