777 Take-n-Bake opens soon

777 Take-n-Bake Pizza opens this week at 405 E. Best Ave. The business sells pizzas to bake at home, more cooked in the business, side and entree-sized salads and pizza by the slice during lunch hour. The grand opening is Monday, July 11.

With its other outlet at 1735 W. Kathleen Ave., the ingredients are fresh with red and creamy garlic sauces, garlic spread and cinnamon sugar crumble on the dessert pizzas.

Sweeto Burrito coming this fall

Sweeto Burrito will build a new place on a pad in front of Winco in the Crossroads development at Ramsey and Appleway. The 3,000-square-foot building with a drive through should open this fall.

Offering American, Mexican and Thai food, the company began in 2011 in Fargo, N.D., and now has 300 stores committed in eight states. Check www.sweetoburrito.com.

Bobby Combs RV Center opens soon

New and used recreational vehicles (RVs), parts and service are at the Bobby Combs RV Center that opens this week at 1212 W. Appleway (next to CdA Tractor).

The company started 23 years ago and has outlets in El Cajon, Calif., and Mesa, Ariz. Hours are will be 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 to 5 Sundays. Jeff Zemp is general manager, and Jesse Smedley is service manager.

GodAHavIt Thrift opens on Seltice

Gently used clothing and household items are offered at GodAHavIt Thrift Store that opened last week in Suite 14 at 2700 E. Seltice Way, Post Falls. It’s the former Curves building.

The store is connected to Cloud Vapor, owned by Annette Desjardis. GodAHavIt is run by her daughter Christine Smith and mother Iva Jane.

Dollar Tree opens in Rathdrum

A new Dollar Tree store opened last week near Stein’s Grocery at 16484 N. Highway 41 in Rathdrum.

Items in the 10,000-square-foot store include decorations, books, stationary, cleaning goods, grocery basics and more, all for $1 or less.

Dollar Tree began in 1953 in Chesapeake, Va., and has more than 13,600 stores in the United States and Canada, with North Idaho stores in Coeur d’Alene and Post Falls. Checkwww.dollartree.com.

- Watch for news on Dickey’s Barbecue Pit outside Silver Lake Mall, G.I. Java Coffee House on Fourth Street, Rogers’ Burgers, Popeyes, Green & Grounds Coffee Shop, Silverlake Auto and The Lean Bean in Post Falls, An Escape Game on Third Street, a new business next to Clark’s Jewelry downtown and Sushi I, Grille From Ipanema and Custom Den (engraving) in Riverstone.

- Other new places coming include Landmark Storage behind Neider Retail Center, Alta Dance Academy and Hayden Medical Plaza & Clinics in Hayden and gas station-convenience stores in the southwest corner of Highway 95 and Lancaster and the southeast corner of Ramsey Road and Prairie Avenue. Crafted Taphouse will add a Victory beverage place in the former Christmas at the Lake location next to Crafted on Sherman. And its beer garden should be in the back on Lakeside.

- And more places coming include Metro PCS cellphone service next to the Ironwood Albertson’s, Schini Family Dentistry building a new place in Riverstone, and Mountain Madness Soap moving from South Fourth Street to the former Everson’s Jewelry building on Sherman.

- Shrubs and trees hampering sidewalks and bikeways need to be trimmed. So do some blocking traffic signs.
