Taphouse and Tito's have new managers

Hagadone Hospitality Company announced the new management for Taphouse Unchained and Tito’s Italian Grill.

Jeff Messinger will serve as general manager and Talmadge Desrochers will be the assistant manager for these two downtown Coeur d’Alene restaurants.

“The restaurants needed a manager with the ability to run both operations and Messinger is the perfect choice,” said Rick Powers, director of food and beverage for Hagadone Hospitality.

Messinger’s local experience includeds time at Gozzer Ranch, as the manager of Eddie’s, as the manager at The Club House and as general manager of Shooters and Black Rock Marina.

“Messinger and Desrochers worked together at Gozzer Ranch for over five years and it is refreshing to bring the team back together,” Powers said.

Desrochers was the beverage manager at Gozzer for more 10 than years.

Messinger has already initiated numerous subtle changes for both facilities, with more to follow including new food and drink menus, and decor changes.

Taphouse Unchained and Tito’s Italian Grill are located in The Resort Plaza Shops. Taphouse is a cycling-themed bar featuring 24 microbrews and ciders on tap, a full-service bar, a cycling-friendly menu and the famous margarita bike where you blend your own drink by pedaling.
