Third annual Think Big Festival Aug. 26-28

| July 1, 2016 9:00 PM

The third annual Innovation Collective Think Big Festival is coming to Coeur d'Alene Aug. 26-28 and volunteers are needed.

The festival will bring 40 speakers and about 2,500 technology enthusiasts to the area. The purpose of the Think Big Festival is to highlight the field of robotics and other cutting edge technology, bringing together brilliant minds from tech companies around the country to speak and hear startup pitch sessions — and yes, there will be robots.

Chris Cochran, CEO of Innovation Collective, said the festival is in need of about 50 local area volunteers to host speakers, shuttle speakers to and from the airport, and some for general purposes such as helping with registration and the pub crawl.

Volunteers can also attend the festival at a discounted rate of $50.

Anyone interested in volunteering can email Cochran at chris@innovationcollective.org. Information about the festival can be found at www.thinkbigfestival.com.
