Coeur d'Alene Inn receives Director's Award for superior quality service
COEUR d'ALENE — The Best Western Plus Coeur d'Alene Inn has been awarded the Best Western Director's Award for superior achievement in quality standards.
The award recognizes Best Western hotels scoring in the top 20 percent of the more than 2,100 properties across North America for cleanliness and maintenance. Hotels must also meet Best Western's requirements for design and high customer service scores to qualify for the distinction.
"The Director's Award is an important symbol of success," said J.J. Jaeger, general manager of the Inn. "This award confirms the Best Western Plus Coeur d'Alene Inn's commitment to providing quality accommodations for our guests. Our housekeeping and maintenance departments have worked hard to achieve this level of excellence."
The recently renovated hotel at 506 W. Appleway Ave. has 122 rooms, an onsite restaurant and lounge, conference center, heated indoor pool, hot tub and fitness center. The location allows for close access to Silverwood Theme Park and many outdoor activities. Plus, for a small additional fee, guests of the inn can also take advantage of amenities at the inn’s sister property, The Coeur d’Alene Resort.
Jaeger said they take pride in not only serving out of town guests, but local neighbors as well. He said they have one of the area's favorite restaurant and sports bars, offer great comedy shows and have an ideal location for meetings, banquets and weddings.
"Again, I couldn't be more excited about our team receiving this outstanding recognition," he said. "Our executive housekeeper, Darlene Mosher, our director of engineering, John Rice, and our entire team are very committed to taking great care of our beautiful hotel and our guests."
