Donna M. Jayne, 83

Donna M. Jayne, 83, resident of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, passed away peacefully Jan. 21, 2016, at home. Donna was born on May 24, 1932, in Eckles, Minn., and spent most of her life in the Coeur d’Alene area as a Meat Wrapper; after she retried she split her time between Idaho and Florida.

She enjoyed traveling with her church groups, playing Bingo, “junkin” (Thrift Store shopping) and most of all, spending time with her family and friends.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Edward Jayne; son Mike; brother Donald; sister Ellen; father Howard and mother Ella. She is survived by her son, Terry Franko of Coeur d’Alene; five grandchildren: Mikey, Pam, Lisa, Jason and Terri; six great-grandchildren: Britney, Ashley, Ryan, Catlin, Kyle and Jessica; sister Helen of Texas and sister-in-law Connie Lowe of Lexington, Ky.

At Donna’s request, there will be no services held. Donna’s family suggests memorial contributions to Hospice of North Idaho.
