CUSTOMER: Applauds good service

Super 1 in Coeur d’Alene is doing a fantastic job in many ways, but especially when it comes to customer satisfaction.

I had purchased two boxes of Sees Candy from an independent seller and after arriving home realized that I was not given the milk chocolate. I returned to the store, met a manager, David Owens, who told me that the seller of the candy had sold out. I explained my dilemma to which Manager Owens said, “I’ve got a box in my office. If it’s milk chocolate, you can have it.”

He quickly returned with his box. No, it wasn’t milk chocolate but I believe that manager went over above and beyond! Thank you for caring about your customers. It shows!
