| January 24, 2016 8:15 PM

POST FALLS — Sophomore Jake Pfennigs had 20 points and four rebounds and senior Zach Hillman had 14 points and six assists, leading the Post Falls Trojans to a 63-55 win over the Lewiston Bengals in a 5A Inland Empire League game at The Arena on Saturday.

“Jake had a good game, and overall has had quite a few for us,” Post Falls coach Mike McLean said. “Zach, once again, was battling and doing a good job on defense. All of our guys that played tonight had a positive contribution.”

Max McCullough had 10 points, seven rebounds and three assists for Post Falls (11-5, 3-0 5A IEL), which hosts Moscow on Tuesday.

Braeden Wilson had 21 points and Trystan Bradley, a 6-foot-7 post, scored 10 points for Lewiston (9-7, 2-1).

“We had a good idea of what we wanted to do defensively,” McLean said. “Their big kids are really good, but we made them work for everything they got, and we were able to control Bradley and do what we needed to do.”
