| January 21, 2016 8:00 PM

COEUR d'ALENE — The public is invited to join the Mardi Gras-themed festivities at Trinity Lutheran Church on Saturday, Feb. 6.

TLC is hosting the eighth annual "Wild Salmon Feast," a dinner and auction benefit for Family Promise of North Idaho.

Dinner will feature grilled, wild-caught sockeye salmon with an alternative choice of chicken, salad, bread, rice, green beans and a beverage. A no-host beer and wine bar will be available. A dessert auction will be held, as well as a live and silent auction, music and more.

The event benefits FPNI's mission to shelter, feed and provide solutions to homeless families. Co-sponsoring the event with TLC are Lutheran Church of the Master in Coeur d'Alene and St. Mark Lutheran Church in Hayden.

The dinner and auction will begin at 5:30 p.m. and end around 9 p.m.

Tickets for the dinner and auction are $30, available at TLC, 812 N. Fifth St. Coeur d'Alene; Family Promise Day Center, 501 E. Wallace Ave., Coeur d'Alene; or any of the FPNI network churches.

Information and tickets are also available by calling Jill Dougherty at 818-5465.

Donations of desserts or live and silent auction items are welcome.
