CITY OF COEUR d'ALENE WATER DEPARTMENT NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WATER STORAGE FACILITY ENGINEERING CONSULTANT SERVICES Proposals will be received at the Office of the City Clerk, located at 710 E. Mullan Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, 83814 on or before 4:00 pm on January 29th, 2016 for Engineering and Consultant services for design and construction of a Water Storage Facility for the City of Coeur d'Alene Water utility. Firms should submit five (5) copies of their proposals for the City's review. The purposes of this project are to: evaluate necessary additional storage requirements in the northeast quadrant of the City's Upper Pressure Zone, locate a suitable water storage facility site, identify potential funding sources, design and oversee construction of storage facility.
