BASQUES: Column was terrific

In Sunday’s edition of the Cd’A Press, Syd Albright wrote a wonderful historical explanation of the Basques! So much information that I hadn’t heard before.

My husband, Jacques, and I traveled to France, Spain and Portugal one summer, and were amazed by the beauty and friendliness of everyone. I’ll read the book you mentioned, by Mark Kurlansky.
