COLUMN: Here's another opinion

I am writing in reference to the recent opinion article entitles “My Turn — Curing our nation’s prevalent madness.” The good news is that the author clearly understands that men cannot give birth to children, as she states this fact twice. What she fails to mention before she goes on her pro-Planned Parenthood, anti-man, and anti-Republican tirade is that in this country, men are allowed to have an opinion, even on issues directly involving women (the First Amendment).

Many men and women in this country feel that killing unborn children is murder. Therefore, public funding of Planned Parenthood would equate to taxpayers, regardless of their beliefs, paying, and thereby supporting, murder.

This article goes on to lambaste “the blowhard Donald Trump” and question the intelligence of his supporters. What the author fails to realize is that Donald Trump’s success is a direct result of Obama’s failures. Obama has led this country using his “pen and phone” to issue Executive Actions intent on dissecting the Constitution. He completely disregards the will of many of his people on issues of vital importance including gun control, stopping illegal immigration, and support for Planned Parenthood.

Donald Trump and Ted Cruz are the Obama antidotes. Their supporters want America to regain its position of strength. They want to be told the truth. They want ethical and moral leaders to abide by our Constitution.
