OVERPASS: Name it after Larkin

Just a shout out to the folks who put names on streets, buildings, etc. in Post Falls, some names I agree with and one I do not agree with. The name you should consider should be Mr. Larkin. Clay is and has been a true gentleman. Always courteous, and polite in all my dealings with the city and other events in town. He was as I remember the spearhead to get’r done. We need to make sure his name is on the overpass and somewhere close to those beautiful American flags.
