SAMUEL: No pity here

| February 26, 2016 8:00 PM

Sunday’s editorial basically felt sorry for Eldon Samuel lll. It conveyed hope that the judge would be compassionate and sentence him to a mental health facility. Then after five years there, he’d either get parole or prison.

For two murders? He didn’t just kill, he slaughtered beyond recognition father and autistic younger brother. Seems we are to ignore the life cut way too short of Johnny Samuel. What did he do wrong to deserve being shot, macheted, and stabbed repetitively? Can we give him five years to better himself?
