NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE On June 29, 2016, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock AM of said day, at First American Title Co., 1866 N. Lakewood Drive, Coeur d' Alene, Idaho, CHARLES C. JUST, ATTORNEY AT LAW, as Successor Trustee, will sell at public auction to the highest bidder, for cash, in lawful money of the United States, all payable at the time of sale, the following described real property, situated in the County of Kootenai, State of Idaho, and described as follows to wit: Lot 14, Block 2, Lynnwood Estates, Kootenai County, Idaho, according to the plat recorded in the Office of the County Recorder in Book "D" of Plats, page 180, records of Kootenai County, Idaho.
