JOBS: Hire young Americans

I have nothing against employing immigrants. They are mostly good people. What I am concerned with are those native-born young folks who are unable to find work.

Ninety percent of the time, when I place a call to a business, someone with a foreign accent handles the call. Why are we not employing American young folks? Is it because they will not work for minimum wage while the immigrants are willing to do so?

Do we need to raise the minimum wage so that a willing worker could support a family? Something is wrong here. I would like to see some discussion on this in your paper.
