Readers have asked about the large building under construction along Warren Street (west of the Highway 95-Lancaster intersection). The 96,000- square-foot, high-cube facility will be the new home of Odom Corp., which distributes for major beverage suppliers including Coca Cola, Miller Coors, New Belgium, Rockstar and several major wine brands.

Odom plans a June move into the site on 15 acres from its current 22,000 and 35,000-square-foot buildings on Schreiber Way and Anton Avenue (west of Fred Meyer). It will house about 90 employees and be open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays.

The Odom Corp started 80 years ago in Juneau and is owned by brothers John, Jim and Bill Odom. It has 19 locations in the Northwest with the headquarters in Bellevue, Wash. Key managers here are Ryan Dressen, sales; Dale Birchell, operations; Darrin Stockman and Josh Aldridge, delivery, and Bob Cerenzia, warehouse. Check www.odomcorp.com.

She has been working with antiques many years, and he joined after retiring from the Marine Corps. He remains actively involved with veterans activities. They retailed their collections in antique malls around the nation and moved here last April.

(I asked about old printer’s type (letters) and illustrations that I build things with. They have a Mickey-Minnie Mouse illustration that’s so old the mice have tails — from the 1930s.)

Post Falls Brewing opens this spring

Owners Dan Stokes, Alex Sylvain and Steve Cervi-Skinner will have 41 seats and a bar inside and 40 seats outside with views of the Spokane River. Check www.postfallsbrewing.com.
