Litalien, a 5-foot-7 junior guard from Post Falls High, scored a career-high 18 points, including half of the Warriors’ 10 3-pointers in a 84-67 win against Montana Tech on Feb. 13 in Butte, Mont. The win was the 13th in 14 games for the Warriors, and gives the team a three-game lead in conference with four games to play. “This was a perfect example of a team win,” Lewis-Clark State coach Brian Orr said. “Offensively, we wanted to get the ball inside and we were able to do that effectively all night and our attack the rim mentality led to some open 3s, and both Brooke and Megan (Risinger) shot it well tonight.”

Rasmussen, a freshman infielder from Coeur d’Alene High, hit a stand-up leadoff double down the right field line in her first collegiate at-bat for the Rebels (4-2) in an 11-1 win over Utah Valley on Sunday in Las Vegas.
