TRUMP: Enough is enough
Neighbors, friends, haven’t you been entertained long enough by the antics of Mr. Trump to send him back to his empire and tell him he is the most dangerous and unqualified person to covet the power of the American presidency that we have ever seen?
Yes, his sharp jabs at a woefully inept and confused do-nothing Congress are richly deserved for the most part and his apparent passion to correct the ills of the country make good sound bites. He is obviously a skilled and capable entrepreneur. So are the generous billionaires Bill Gates, Bill Clinton, Oprah Winfrey and many others. I’ll give him good intent. But the narcissistic Mr. Trump’s basic ignorance about living cooperatively in the global community and helping us ordinary citizens to have a safe, comfortable and moral place in which to live, raise our families and achieve some of our dreams is beyond belief.
There is no evidence of him having a filter on his mouth and he seems to have very little concern about truth during his tirades. He is often snide, sarcastic, unrealistic. It’s obvious he frequently doesn’t know what he is talking about and feels he is incapable of making mistakes, never mind knowing what a sincere apology is.
Voting for The Donald to send a “ message” to the current Washington politicos falls into the category of cutting off your nose to spite your face. During my elementary school years (a long time ago), I often had trouble sleeping on days we had those old nuclear war drills and had to huddle under our desks. That hasn’t been a real worry for years. But with the specter of Donald Trump here with his finger on the “big button,” his wacko twin Kim Jong Un on the opposite side of the world and ISIS in between, and not a hint of self-control to be seen, my nightmares are back.
Vote for whomever your best thinking tells you to but do look at the big picture and vote for sanity. This excludes Donald Trump.
