TRUMP: A 3-letter word
The first time I voted was in 1972. I voted for Tricky Dick. He was a Republican and he made a few promises that he kept. He promised to get us out of Vietnam and he did. Seems to me he promised every taxpayer in America an extra 100 bucks on their tax return. He kept that too. Sure he was a liar and a crook who made a joke out of the Presidency. What about a few guys who took office after him?
I voted for Jimmy Carter because he was a born-again Christian. What a mistake that was. Poor excuse to vote Democrat. He made a joke out of America, just like Obama has. So fast forward to the past eight years.
I voted for Obama the first time because John McCain was a jerk and talked down to everyone. He referred to Obama as “this one” during the debates. That just isn’t right. I won’t vote for a jerk. Today the jerk is Donald Trump.
I watched him in the debates. If one of the other candidates was making a point that he disagreed with, he made faces at them just like a child. He’s profane, belittling, self righteous, to put it plainly, he’s just a bully. But that’s just my opinion. I only expect a few things of my President. I want to be safe, I want to bask in my retirement until it’s time to go. I’m pro-life. Amen.
If someone wants to break into my house and do me or my family harm, I want to know that if I take care of this person in the appropriate way, that I won’t be sued or go to prison for doing so. I know it’s a short list, but I’m pretty easy to please.
Donald Trump is good for two things. Making money and shooting off his mouth. I think if you want a President that is going to get the country out of its financial woes, then Trump is your guy. He has no experience with anything else. His ideas about the national debt are good because budgeting and making things right financially is what he does. Other than that, I won’t vote for him because the man is an ass.
