BENGHAZI: Don't be shallow

| February 14, 2016 8:00 PM

I just had to laugh when I read Marvin Miller’s letter about reasons to see the new movie about Benghazi. My fellow Americans, since when are Hollywood movies considered a viable source of information? Hollywood movies are, ultimately, about entertainment, regardless of what sources they consult. Hollywood movies are about special effects, sound effects, blood and guts.

If you want to consider yourself an expert in any subject, you don’t see a Hollywood movie or watch one documentary on the History Channel. You look for good books written and researched by reputable persona. And you can’t just read one book. You have to read several, to see where the information may differ, or where it seems to come together.

Finally, I would like to remind you that more than 3,000 people died on Sept. 11, 2001. This was during the infamous, nefarious George Bush’s watch. He was touted as a hero, despite the fact that evidence later showed that he was forewarned. It was also later revealed that he had the FBI escort Bin Laden’s family members from the United States, because the Bush family did business with them.

Four Americans died at Benghazi. Hillary Clinton has been denounced as a traitor ever since. You do the math.
