Grant was born on Dec. 31, 1975, in Tucson, Ariz., the youngest of five children to Dorthy Bennet and Don Wilson, both now deceased. Grant moved to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, at the age of 6 attending the local schools.

Moving on from high school at Project Coeur d’Alene, Grant was currently working on his bachelor’s degree in network administration at Washington Governors University, Grant had been an information and technology specialist for the last 10 years of his life mostly being self-employed.

Grant is preceded in death by his mother, Dorthy Bennett; father Don Wilson; grandfather Ron Drapeau and sister Debra Cross

Grant leaves behind six children whom he loved very much, Alexandrea Wilson, 20, Gage Wilson, 17, Riley Wilson, 12, Tate Wilson, 9, Charlie Reeder, 3, Grady Wilson, 3; and a grandson, Stetson Brown, 2 months. Grant enjoyed time with his children and friends, camping, fishing and playing guitar. There is not one bass he could not catch or song he could not play on his guitar just by listening to it. Those who were lucky enough to have known Grant can be assured that he is now in heaven catching all the bass and teaching everyone to fish.
