NOTICE OF HEARING On the 24th day of February 2016, at 4:00 p.m. at the Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District office, 9393 N. Strahorn Rd., Hayden Lake, ID 83835, a hearing will be held by the Board of Directors of the Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District for the purpose of adopting Ordinance 16-001, an ordinance establishing procedures and requirements for the provision of sewer services and repealing Ordinance 89-2. No later than 3:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing, any person may file with the District Administator of the Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District, 9393 N. Strahorn Rd., Hayden Lake, ID 83835, written testimony for the inclusion in the record at the hearing. Such testimony must contain the interested party's name and address and the reason for the testimony. Oral testimony will also be allowed at the public hearing. Further information regarding this hearing along with the full text of the proposed ordinance may be obtained by contacting the District Administrator at the address listed above. Persons needing an interpreter or special accommodations are urged to contact the District Administrator at 208-772-4379 at least forty-eight (48) hours before the hearing. Complaints that a program, service, or activity of the Hayden Lake Reactional Water and Sewer District is not accessible to persons with disabilities should be directed to Lynn Hagman, District Director of the Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District. The Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District will not place a surcharge on a particular individual with a disability or any group of individuals with disabilities to cover the cost of providing auxiliary aids/services or reasonable modifications of policy, such as retrieving items from locations that are open to the public but are not accessible to persons who use wheelchairs. The Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District is also committed to compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all related regulations and directives. The District assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, gender, age or disability be excluded from participation in or be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any District service, program or activity.
