NOTICE OF HEARING On the 24th day of February 2016, at 4:00 p.m. at the Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District office, 9393 N. Strahorn Rd., Hayden Lake, ID 83835, a hearing will be held by the Board of Directors of the Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District for the purpose of adopting Ordinance 16-001, an ordinance establishing procedures and requirements for the provision of sewer services and repealing Ordinance 89-2. No later than 3:00 p.m. on the date of the hearing, any person may file with the District Administator of the Hayden Lake Recreational Water and Sewer District, 9393 N. Strahorn Rd., Hayden Lake, ID 83835, written testimony for the inclusion in the record at the hearing. Such testimony must contain the interested party's name and address and the reason for the testimony. Oral testimony will also be allowed at the public hearing. Further information regarding this hearing along with the full text of the proposed ordinance may be obtained by contacting the District Administrator at the address listed above.
