Catherine Elin Raddatz, 60

Our beloved mother Catherine Elin Raddatz peacefully passed away on Feb. 1, 2016, at the Hospice House surrounded by all six of her children. She was born in Ely, Nev., on June 24, 1955.

She was loved by all and she loved every one. She might not have had much, but what she had she would give to anybody if they needed it. If you knew, her she was mom or grandma, so in her life she had many children and grandchildren besides her biological ones. She was a very loving and caring person who will be missed greatly by all family and friends.

She is survived by her two sisters, Mickey Harris of California and Jeanne Hibbard of Nevada; five daughters and one son, Eva (David) Pratt of Idaho, Sarah (Steve) Reser of Idaho, Betty (Bryan) Maeder of Oregon, Mary (Kerry) Maeder of Idaho, Jerre (Ipod) Lewis of Washington state and Patrick Maeder of Washington state; 12 grandchildren Matthew, John, Kyleen, Tyler, Jayme, Rylee, Sarah, Sierrah, Ozzy grand dog, Gabryal, Kayden, Maddex and Jaida; three great-grandchildren Kolby, Isabella and Hunter; her beloved dog, Bumper; and Richard Reser. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eva and Jerry Conner; her husband, Mike Maeder; John Raddatz and grandchild Michael.

There will be a celebration of her life from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016, at 1260 W. Marie Ave., Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, in the rec hall. English Funeral Chapel, Coeur d’Alene, is in care of the arrangements.
