Anne Irene Jacobsen, 93, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Hospice House in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, on Feb. 4, 2016. Other children they had were Barbara, Sandra, Debra and Dennis.

She enjoyed volunteering with the Catholic Daughters doing the bingo games at nursing homes for six years. In 1989, after her husband’s death she worked at the Hospice Thrift Store in Coeur d’Alene. She belonged to the Rambling Rover Travel Club. She loved to dance, listen to music especially “Big Band” era, and planning special family get-togethers.

In 2013, after residing in her own home until she was 91, Anne moved to The Bridge at Garden Plaza. She enjoyed all of the activities and meeting new friends. The family would like to thank Hospice and the wonderful staff at The Bridge for their loving care and compassion.
