CLIMATE: More questions

I read with interest Syd Albright’s article about the Missoula Flood (Nov. 20). I then wondered who we could blame for the climate change that brought about the melting of the Cordilleran Ice Sheet and the ice dam of Glacial Lake Missoula, the resulting catastrophic flood and the end of the most recent Ice Age?
