Geoffrey Joseph, 14, was preceded in death by his uncle, Jeff Reynolds; stepbrother Chandler Nickerson; great-grandparents Ted and Rosie Reynolds, and Guard and Marge Teall; and his cousin, Toni Edinger. Geoffrey is survived by his mother, Mandi Chausse; stepfather Charlie Chausse; father Jamie Martinez; sisters Alyssa and Amaya Martinez; brother Donovan Martinez; step-siblings Kristine Chausse, Mitch Chausse and Jasen Chausse; grandparents Tootie and John Reynolds, and Lupe and Mike Leggett; and step-grandparents Carolyn and Dave Chausse.

Geoffrey Joseph Martinez passed away Aug. 5, 2016. For those in this life that had the privilege of knowing him, you were blessed with meeting one of the most beautiful people who loved all of God’s creatures and was never afraid to be himself and always ready for a silly comment and loud laughter. For those that did not get the privilege to know Geoffrey, I urge you to look for all those quiet people out there that may not fit into the “perfect mold” but are so special and rare, are so full of love and life.
