PUBLIC NOTICE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT AND FINDING OF NO SIGNIFICANT IMPACT Land Acquisition for Approach Protection At Coeur d'Alene Airport - Pappy Boyington Field Hayden, Idaho Interested parties are hereby notified that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the following improvement at the Coeur d'Alene Airport - Pappy Boyington Field (COE), located approximately 9 miles northwest of the City of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
