Robert Arthur Ramsay, 42

Robert Arthur Ramsay was born Dec. 3, 1973, in Vancouver, Wash., to Donald Ramsay and Mary Freeman.

He received a bachelor’s degree from and played baseball for Washington State University. Rob played professional baseball for eight years — two with the Seattle Mariners.

Robert is survived by his wife, Samantha and two sons Ryan (11) and Reidar (8); his parents and his brother, Matthew.
