KMPO Highway 41 Corridor Master Plan Update Notice of Availability and Public Comment Period A draft of the Kootenai Metropolitan Planning Organization's (KMPO) Highway 41 Corridor Master Plan Update is now available for public review and comment. Originally developed in 2002, this update reviews what has occurred since 2002 and incorporates changes in future plans and forecasts of growth in the region through 2035. The update also extends the planning area to include all of SH-41 between I-90 and SH-53 in Rathdrum, ID. The public comment period provides an opportunity for the community to review the proposed updates to the Master Plan and recommended improvements to the corridor over the next twenty years, prior to finalizing the draft for further consideration.
