Junea Jewel Rardin, 73

| August 2, 2016 9:00 PM

Junea Jewel Rardin, 73, a Post Falls and Nampa, Idaho, resident for most of her life, died Saturday, July 30, 2016, in Lacey, Wash.

Junea’s unfailing faith in Christ and her unbiased acceptance of others led her to serve as a lifelong teacher where she strove to bring out the best in her students and to anyone else that needed her help. Her daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters were able to visit her while she was still able to give and receive much love before her death. Her laughter, smile and love for the world around her will sorely be missed. Though she steps no more on this Earth, she joyfully dances with Christ in heaven.

Junea joins her mother and father, Erma and Joseph Rardin Sr.; and brother Joseph Rardin Jr. in our Father’s tender care. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Anya and Douglas Kitterman; and granddaughters Abigail and Alexandra; her sister and brother-in-law, Franida and Lewis Maudsley; her nieces and nephew, Corrina Wilson, Adana Harris and husband Dylan, Angela Sharp, Nick Rardin and his wife, Wendy; as well as Junea’s great-nieces and great-nephews Paige Harvey, Justice Harris, and Camryn and Tayler Rardin.

A viewing will be held from 5-7 p.m. today, Aug. 2, 2016, at English Funeral Chapel, 1700 N. Spokane St., Post Falls. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, 2016, at Evergreen Cemetery in Post Falls.
