EAGLES: Tip o' the cap

What a wonderful and informative letter Jack Blanchard wrote about Eagles and especially our Coeur d’Alene Eagles, in My Turn on April 20. I have been a member of the Coeur d’Alene Eagles for 10 years and I even learned a few things that I didn’t know about the Eagles. It is a great place to relax, enjoy activities and friends. You can even get involved in projects if you so desire. Upon entrance you are always greeted with a smile making you always feel welcome.

However, Mr. Blanchard forgot one thing. To have a successful Eagles you have to have outstanding officers and trustees. Most of all you have to have good general manager and great employees and volunteers, and the Coeur d’Alene Eagles has them all. These people go above and beyond to ensure a successful operation and organization. Thanks again for making the Coeur d’Alene Eagles the best.
