FILLIOS: Integrity the key

Chris Fillios is hands down the best man in the race for District 2 County Commissioner. His education and experience in management and real estate will serve Kootenai County well. Chris has served Eastside Highway District with competence and integrity. In fact, ESHD is the second largest in miles and with the lowest budget of the four highway districts.

Unlike the current commissioner who voted to approve a wage increase in the Sheriff’s Department where his wife works, Chris chose to recuse himself when a situation developed that might have been considered a conflict of interest. Chris also has the confidence of his fellow highway commissioners, whereas the current commissioner was removed as chair by his colleagues on the BOCC before serving out his first year.

It’s time to replace Mr. Stewart with a man of true integrity and character. Vote Chris Fillios for Kootenai County Commissioner, Dist. 2.
