Arlene V. Stocking, 77

Arlene V. Stocking, 77, passed away April 12, 2016, in Hauser, Idaho. She was born March 21, 1939, in Oakland, Calif., to Manuel A. Soares and Dorthea A. Lucchesi.

Arlene was a retired school teacher who enjoyed sewing, quilting, gardening, volunteering and teaching CCD. She truly loved her family.

Arlene was preceded in death by her husband, Loren “Keith” Stocking in 2013. She is survived by her children, Gregory, Deborah and Melissa; 11 grandchildren and 9 1/2 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, April 18, 2016, at St. George’s Catholic Church, 2010 N. Lucas St., Post Falls, Idaho, with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
