James J. Mutch Jr., 46

James Joseph Mutch Jr. (Joe) has passed away April 8, 2016, at the VA Hospital in Reno, Nev., where he had been treated over the past year for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).

He was 46 years old, born to Mr. and Mrs. James Mutch Sr. and Judith Ann Mutch, Oct. 9, 1969, in Spokane, Wash.

He was an Army veteran, and since discharged in late 1998, has lived and worked in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

He was an avid fisherman, and his father will always cherish the times he shared with Joe fly fishing and camping on the North Fork Clearwater River and Kelly Creek.

He also enjoyed playing Fallout on the Internet with his many friends across the U.S. who shared that activity with him.

He is survived by his father and mother; brother Ronald Mutch of Reno; and his many loving aunts, uncles and cousins throughout the U.S. and in West Germany.

As he wished, no formal services are planned.
