The Thunder went undefeated in pool play and won all three matches in the gold bracket to be the champions. The first was the Colville, Wash., tournament, which is part of the Washington Little Guys Wrestling series and the second was the Montana Open, both held April 2-3. Team Real Life wrestlers that attended the Montana Open joined more than 1,450 wrestlers in attendance this year. Team Real Life was the second-place team at the Montana Open, coming in behind the Upper Valley Aces of St. Anthony, Idaho. Sting boys 00-01 Manchester United: The Sting beat the Sandpoint U16 3-2. Docker Bond assisted Gabriel Nazemi for the first goal, Greydon Lee with two goals, one assisted by Nazemi.

Sting U8 Dynamo: The Sting lost 3-0 to FC Spokane Gold on Sunday.

Academy U9 girls: The Cads beat the Spokane Foxes 4-2 on Saturday. Sienna Grant scored two goals, and Addyson Chase and Riley Brazle each scored once.

On Sunday the Academy beat FC Spokane 9-0. Sienna Grant scored a hat trick, Kennedy Hartzell scored two goals, and Riley Brazle, Isabel Morisette, Emily Shafer and Marissa Higbee each scored once. Kennedy Hartzell and Isabel Morisette teamed for the shutout in goal.

Sting U12 girls gold: The Sting beat CSC Velocity Green 03 from Seattle 2-1 on Saturday at Canfield Middle School, in PSPL Classic 1 division play. Amber Aittama and Sophia Allen each scored once for the Sting, and Isabella Lucky had an assist.

Idaho Thunder U15 girls Briseno: The Thunder beat FC Spokane G00 Grey-Orwick 2-1 on Sunday at Plantes Ferry Park in Spokane Valley. Gracie Montoya and Bethany Gilmor scored for the Thunder, who played short with nine players.

Sting U10 boys Arsenal: The Sting defeated Moscow United-Englehorn 9-0 last Saturday. Connor Jump had 3 goals and 3 assists for the Sting. Haidyn Jonas had 2 goals and 2 assists. Ari Rumpler, Parker Anderson, Gavin Samayoa and Jensen Elliott each had 1 goal. Jensen Elliott and Parker Anderson teamed in goal for the shutout.

In their second match on Saturday, the Sting beat Moscow United-Santagio 12-0. Connor Jump had 4 goals and 2 assists. Haidyn Jonas had 3 goals and 3 assists. Parker Anderson had 2 goals. Sting U12 boys Black: The Sting beat the VYSA-Sweeney 3-2 on Saturday. Talon Mitchell scored two goals, Sammy Entzi one for the Sting.

Sting U11 boys yellow 04-05: The Sting lost 2-1 to Endeavor Soccer Academy on Friday. Jack Meehan scored the lone goal for the Sting.

On Saturday, the Sting beat the Spokane Shadow-Sonko 11-1. Byron Anderson scored a hat trick, Chris Mongan,

Caden Thompson and Nate Wyatt each scored twice, and Luke Orozco and Blaine Leonard each scored once.

GYMNASTICS

Technique Gymnastics: The girls competitive teams traveled to Boise on March 19-21 to compete at the 2016 Women’s Idaho State Championship. The following gymnasts placed in the top 6 in their age division:
