James Russell Reynolds, 90
James Russell Reynolds, of Branson West, Mo., son of William and Mae Doris (Smith) Reynolds, was born Feb. 7, 1925, in Harrison, Idaho, and departed this life on Aug. 14, 2015, at the age of 90.
James had been a resident of Branson West since June 2014 after moving there from South Jordan, Utah. He had worked in construction for more than 30 years for Peter Kiewit and Sons Construction Company as a purchasing agent and materials superintendent. He was a 32nd degree Mason and he served his country in the United States Marines during World War II.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Josephine; his parents; a brother, Deforrest Reynolds; and a great-granddaughter, Kiarra Peters.
Survivors include: two daughters, Jana Reynolds of Omaha, Neb., and Jolie Pope and husband Greg of Branson West; one brother, Harry Reynolds and wife Alice of Weippe, Idaho; one grandson, Aaron Peters of Queen Creek, Ariz.; three great-grandchildren, Damien, Drake and Dylan Peters; and a host of other family and friends.
Cremation was under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home in South Kimberling City, Mo. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015, at Yates Funeral Home, Coeur d’Alene Chapel, followed by inurnment at Riverview Cemetery in Coeur d’Alene.
