To the best of Plaintiff's knowledge and belief, neither the estate of Ellen M. Pearson nor the estate of Andrew W. Pearson was probated. 7. Andrew W. Pearson had no known heirs. 8. Ellen M. Pearson had two (2) children: Mary E. Brooks and Karen Anne Ingalls. If Ellen Pearson had any other heirs, they are unknown. 9. Mary E. Brooks died on July 17, 2015, and was survived by two (2) children: William Johns and Carol Miner. William Johns and Carol Miner are residents of Kootenai County, Idaho. If Mary Brooks had other heirs, they are unknown. 10. Karen Anne Ingalls resides at a known residence in Spokane, Washington. 11. The statutory procedures of Idaho Code section 63-1003, 63-1005, 63-1006, 63-1008, and 63-1009, which were followed by Kootenai County to obtain a tax deed to the real property, nullified and extinguished the interest and title of Andrew W.
