Christopher Carson, 21, of Hayden was recently called to serve a two-year mission to the Posadas, Argentina, Mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is the son of Kent and Debbie Carson of Hayden.

Christopher will enter the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah, on Sept. 23.

A 2012 graduate of Coeur d'Alene High School, Christopher has attended North Idaho College, Boise State College and Brigham Young University-Hawaii. He presently works for Timberline Adventures.
