Fowler, Robert P., 54, Coeur d’Alene, probation violation for possession of a controlled substance, no bond.

Goodell, Laura D., 27, Coeur d’Alene, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, $25,000.

Meehan, Thomas J., 51, Hayden, probation violation for possession of controlled substance, $20,000.

Pendleton, Jaime C., 42, Liberty Lake, grand theft financial transaction card, $25,000.

MISDEMEANORS

Astlund, Cody S., 27, Post Falls, failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, $2,000.

Boyle, James P., 3rd, 22, Rathdrum, driving without privileges, $2,000.

Burnison, Bart A., 44, Coeur d’Alene, petit theft, $2,000.

Campbell, Tyler A., 28, Post Falls, failure to appear for driving without privileges, possession of drug paraphernalia, $15,000.

Ferra, Robert A., 26, Post Falls, probation violation for driving without privileges, possession of a controlled substance, $10,000.

Kootenai County has more than 4,000 active warrants. Most warrants for contempt or failure to appear may be resolved by contacting the court and paying the fines.
