Shelly Enderud credentialed by management organization
Shelly Enderud, city administrator of the city of Post Falls, recently received the credentialed manager designation from the International City/County Management Association. Enderud joins more than 1,300 local government management professionals currently credentialed through the ICMA Voluntary Credentialing Program.
In 2012, Enderud was appointed Post Falls city administrator after serving 15 years as the city's director of finance and support services.
To receive the ICMA credential, a member must have significant experience as a senior management executive in local government; have earned a degree, preferably in public administration or a related field; and demonstrated a commitment to high standards of integrity and to lifelong learning and professional development.
Enderud has an MBA from Gonzaga University. She is also a past certified public finance administrator and a certified public funds investment manager through the Association of Public Treasurers. Enderud is a past president of the Association of Public Treasurers and past state IDCMA president.
Hurst joins Mountain West Bank
Casey Hurst has joined Mountain West Bank as a mortgage loan originator at the bank's Ironwood Residential Lending Center.
Hurst began his career in the mortgage industry nearly five years ago. He has extensive experience with first-time homebuyers and a variety of financing options.
Hurst, of Coeur d'Alene, was raised in Montana.
