Dalton Gardens, Idaho Request for Proposals Deer Management - Trapping The City of Dalton Gardens, Idaho is seeking proposals from experienced trappers to assist the City in the management and reduction of an urban deer population within the City limits. The City's purpose is to solicit responses from experienced trappers who have performed trapping on deer populations, preferably in suburban areas with limited open space. Only trappers who have provided this type of service within the past five years should submit proposals. Selected trapper will ultimately need to be licensed and permitted by the State of Idaho Fish and Game Department prior to the start of the program. The trapping program will be conducted from December 1, 2015 through February 28, 2016.
