DECAL: Prosecute the real criminals

On Sept. 5 we read the Coeur d’Alene Press story, front and center, of an individual who made a judgment error, no crime. He stated he was receiving death threats on Facebook, a crime.

Christie Wood, the Coeur d’Alene police press spinner, stated that he committed no crime by degrading the K27 sticker and only hinted at the death threats. Maybe she and her boss should be corrected: A death threat is one hell of a crime.

I guess since it wasn’t a homosexual receiving the threat, Christie Wood turns the other cheek. What a crock. Maybe she should spend all of her time rallying her kind and not straddling the fence. That is the crime.
