Post Falls investment policy, finance director earn certifications

POST FALLS - The city of Post Falls investment policy was recently recognized by the Association of Public

Treasurers of the United States and Canada. The city received a Certification of Excellence award for its policy and Finance Director Jason Faulkner received the organization's Certified Public Funds Investment Manager certification. The nationally recognized designation is awarded after an individual's completion of an eight-hour course and 75-question test.
