Waterfront luxury meets convenience at The Mica View Estates, a gated community with private access to Lake Coeur d’Alene — and all just 10 minutes from downtown.
Ten premium lakeview lots comprise the exclusive neighborhood located at Mica Bay, just south of Coeur d’Alene on Double Tree Lane, a paved, county maintained road with bus route. The development is adjacent to Gould’s Landing boat launch.
The shovel-ready lot includes all services installed, a private beach club membership and a 12-by-28-foot fixed-pier covered boat slip.
“It’s as convenient as you can get to own a view of the lake and to have a dock,” said Greg Rowley, Realtor for Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty. “It’s what makes Mica Bay so sought after in general.”
Aside from its gorgeous views, Mica Bay is known for its smoother waters.
“You’re not getting as much of the wind chop as other parts of the lake,” Rowley said.

Lot prices range from $295,000 to $595,000. Rowley said estimated construction would be around $200 per square foot.

“It’s going to be a perfect little enclave in close proximity to town,” Rowley said.
Just because Mica View Estates is a high-end neighborhood doesn’t mean it shouldn’t come with a deal. For a limited time, the owner of the development is offering an alluring finance option. With a $100,000 deposit, the owner will carry the balance of any lot for up to five years at 0 percent interest.
