INVITATION FOR BIDS The City of Post Falls, Idaho (City/Owner) is requesting written offers from potential Lessees for one agricultural property owned by the City. The property will be leased for a period of three (3)-years, with the options for two (2), one (1)-year renewals. The Property consists of 154 acres located northeast of the intersection of Hayden Ave. and Greensferry Rd. just north of the Post Falls City Limits. Approximately 150 acres of this property is usable for agriculture. Irrigation water is available from an onsite well and city-owned pivot sprinkler. The City will review the written offers and enter into negotiations with the entities submitting the highest offer. In the event an agreement cannot be reached resulting in a lease contract the City will enter into negotiations with the next highest offeror. Equipment from the previous leasee may be currently located on the properties. This equipment is not included with the property and remains the property of that entity. Such equipment, and other personal property, will be removed in the event that entity is not the successful offeror. The pivot system is owned by the City and will be included as part of the lease.
