TAYLOR: No longer in Dalton race

This letter is to inform the residents of Dalton Gardens that I have officially withdrawn from the race for City Council. In the past few weeks, circumstances in my life have changed leaving me unable to hold office. My understanding is that the ballots have been printed and my name will still appear. As such, I would like to encourage any voters who were intending to support me, to cast their vote for either Jamie Smith or Denise Lundy. I know both of these women and know they would do an excellent job for the residents of Dalton Gardens.
