PUBLIC NOTICE Proposal for Reimbursement of Title III Funds 45-day Public Comment Period The Kootenai County Commission proposes to use funds made available under Title III of the Secure Rural Schools and Community Self Determination Act (Public Law 112-141) to reimburse the county for search and rescue and other emergency services on National Forest lands in Kootenai County in the amount of $15,701.79. The proposal is open for a 45-day public comment period after which, and taking into full consideration the comments received, the Commission will issue a decision on the proposed use of funds. The full proposal is available for review in the Kootenai County Commissioners' office, 451 N. Government Way, Coeur d' Alene, ID 83814.
